Immune system support?
For the past 1 1/2 years I have been taking strong antibiotics such as levaquin 750mg, Bactim, Chlindomycin, Biaxin etc. To treat a chronic prostate infectin and then most recently ear problems and sinus infectins. I immune system support have also been on prednison for over 10 days. I am aware that these medications can comprimise the immune system and I have been having trouble fighting off colds and other viruses. they always end up turning into infections. What are the best ways to build a strong immune system? I take vitamin C and zinc frequently but was wondering if there are any specific supplements or foods that would really help me considering the drugs I have put in my body the last 18 months.

My wife & I are trying to conceive. At the same time, I want to take diet pill XENICAL(ORLISTAT). diet pill xenical Is this ok?
I'd like to know if this is okay for my sperm health and won't this have a side effect on our baby should we be succesful in conceiving?

A cool vitamin/mineral supplement (australia)?
I'm looking for a vitamin/mineral supplement for my young thoroughbred. I'm just wondering if I try something it might make him hot. He's REALLY EXTREMELY feed sensitive. He can't have any oats or grains AT ALL, it makes him rear and really naughty. He gets twice a day in a 20L bucket, a big handful of salt, 1 scoop pollard, 3 scoops pellets, 2 scoops ezi-result (it's an extra steam extruded feed), rest filled with chaff, and a flake of hay. Twice a week he also gets 1-2 handfuls of cyllium husk (sp?) as he's kept on sand and it helps move sand out of vitamin and mineral supplement available through your vet their digestive tract to prevent colic. He's a 17hh, 5yo TB. At the moment he's not getting any extra feed from me until he behaves (it makes him muck up a bit which is odd cause it's plain and cool) so he's skinnier than he normally is. He's not really skinny, he's just not as fat as he normally is, he's on the lower end of normal weight. He's been picking through his/other horses poo too, which is an indicator that he's not getting enough vitamins/minerals. I just don't want something that could make him hot. I have no access to a diff brand all stores with in 2hrs and the stables delivery is all the same. They're pretty good when I wanna put weight on him.
